Fuse D365 is a small consultancy built on 25 years of hands-on experience in enterprise retail software. We work with retailers to solve real operational problems—whether that's loyalty programs, in-store payments, or getting the Store Commerce App working the way your business actually needs it to.

How we work

We start by listening. Before any configuration or code, we need to understand what's actually causing you pain and what good looks like for your business.

That means proper requirements gathering, gap analysis, and honest conversations about what D365 can do out of the box versus what needs customisation. Our goal is always to find the simplest solution that genuinely works—not to overcomplicate things.

We're a small team: a lead consultant with a senior analyst background and a commerce developer who knows the technical side inside out. For larger projects, we bring in trusted specialists as needed. But you'll always work directly with us—not get handed off to someone junior.

Experience

Our lead consultant has spent over two decades in ERP, including leading the functional consulting team for a major UK retailer with global stores. More recently, we've delivered projects for clients including a major footwear brand and a luxury chocolate retailer through one of the world’s largest Microsoft Gold Partners.

That experience is now focused entirely on helping smaller retailers access the same level of expertise—without the overhead of a big consultancy.

Why smaller projects?

We'd rather start with something small and prove our value than promise the world upfront. A focused project—maybe fixing a pain point with your loyalty setup, or getting a payment integration working properly—lets us build trust and learn your business.

If that goes well, we grow from there. If you need finance or supply chain expertise down the line, we can bring in the right people. But it starts with getting the retail piece right.
